Here are 3 tips to help you build momentum and get back in the game in Q4:

1. Keep it simple!
You’ve got to make it easier for yourself to win and be able to think more clearly. That starts by simplifying your life and making it easier to get things done in a way that doesn’t take up all your time and energy. Make it easier for yourself to win in Q4 by simplifying your life – wherever you can! And… don’t be afraid to be utterly ruthless in the pursuit of simplifying your life and everything in it! That’s how you build momentum and start to feel more in control of your life.

2. Set goals you can actually achieve!
The toughest part of 2020 has been trying to find any real sense of focus, direction and momentum. I know how hard it can be to achieve anything when your whole life is being turned upside down and you’re stuck in survival & panic mode.

The first step is to write down a few simple goals in your Blueprint – now I’m not talking about the same old goals you’ve been writing for years. I’m talking about a few goals that are relevant to your life and situation right now. Goals that you can actually achieve – that’s how you build momentum and start to feel like you can do this again!

Set clear Goals that you can understand and actually achieve! Right now, you need to get some points on the board – So do whatever it takes and do it quickly!

3. Give yourself plenty of time to get things done!
When things aren’t going your way, you’ve got to slow things down, be deliberate and give yourself enough time to start and complete a task or project.

You can’t be at the mercy of the world or the energy around you! That’s how you end up feeling flustered and constantly overwhelmed and before you know it… You’re no longer able to get even the most basic of things done.

In Q4, you need to be more deliberate and you have to feel in control of yourself and your life. So give yourself enough time to get things done and the mental space you need to do things at a pace you can handle.

Your main goal right now is to build momentum and make sure you are consistent on all fronts. You have to string those days together – one day at a time until you’re back in the game!
